Written in collaboration with the acclaimed executive coach Bill Cornwell, Activate the Third Space: How to Align, Communicate and Lead in a Hyper-Competitive World answers the question, “If people are a company’s best resource, why are their voices and ideas unheard?” Part fictional narrative, part intellectual discourse and field guide, Activate the Third Space is a captivating tale that will transform modern organisations.

Michael’s first book, Taming the Mouse, is a David vs. Goliath tale. Set against the backdrop of Disneyland’s arrival in Hong Kong, it provides lessons for any leader looking to transform their business and slay giants, in the face of what seems to be overwhelming odds against them. Written in collaboration with attractions industry icon Tom Mehrmann, Taming the Mouse is available in online bookstores, Kinokuniya and Singapore’s National Library.

Letters to My Grandfather is a beautifully written and illustrated tale that provides a way for families to address the difficult issue of grief with young children. Joanna Maneckji’s lyrical text and inventive collages offer a treasure trove of secrets that invite exploration and discussion. Children will delight in the search for hidden images as well as the creation of new, loving memories.
